Eight years driving product at Walmart, eBay, and One Legal, working as an IC, a people manager, and a founder. I still write the roadmap, and the code that ships it.
Reqall and SpeakEasyPrep are live with real billing. Selves shipped solo in four days. I own product, design, and code, from idea to a live URL.
Shipped a recommendation widget across ~19 Seller Hub tools at Walmart, ~30% ARR lift on that surface. Led personalization ranking at eBay. Now moving at the speed of a one-person team.
I don't just write AI PRDs. I build the agents, the eval frameworks, and the pipelines myself.
Strategy, UX, and execution in one head. No handoffs, no translation loss.

Every uncached verse runs six model calls: a Sonnet translator routed by genre to one of three language specialists, then four independent Haiku checkers for manuscript grounding, compliance, lexical fidelity, and register, then a clarity editor. A hard failure escalates instead of shipping.

Contract analysis tool that reads dense legal documents and answers plain-language questions about specific clauses, surfacing the parts that actually matter. Live in beta.
Browser-based plant identification app: point a camera at any flower or leaf and get common name, Latin name, origin, and care instructions at 98% match confidence, saved to a personal garden profile. No download required.
AI-powered learning platform for PM interview prep, built around a five-step retention loop: read, practice, recall, simulate, master. Alma, the AI tutor, nudges instead of answering. 3,600+ active users, 4.8 stars across 612 reviews.
Lightweight, async-first project management tool for small teams and agencies running multiple clients, with AI-generated status check-ins built from actual activity instead of manual updates. Flat per-block pricing, not per-seat.
SMS follow-up automation for trade contractors: automatic Day 3 and Day 7 texts after every estimate, instant reply alerts, and the sequence stops the moment a customer responds. Built on HVAC industry data showing follow-up within a week doubles close rates. Live in beta.
Internal Linear-style roadmap and kanban tool built for small teams: initiatives on a draggable timeline, a four-column board, issue detail pages with shareable URLs, and a command-palette quick-add for creating issues in a few keystrokes. Workspace-scoped multi-tenancy via Clerk Organizations.
The studio behind everything on this page: Claude, Gemini, and agent orchestration, turning product ideas into shipped, live products, solo.
Eight years in product, one stubborn belief: the fastest way to know if an idea works is to build it yourself. Most nights you'll find me in a terminal, not a deck, wiring the agents and shipping the thing myself.
San Francisco Bay Area. Always building something.
Whether you need a product leader, a hands-on builder, or both in one person, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
